Weed, are you sure it would be the man in the overcoat with the Killian's?
Today, some numbnut (and I use that term advisedly) is standing in the middle of Times Square with a cowboy hat, boots, briefs underwear labeled NC, and a guitar labeled "Naked Cowboy." He is playing and singing for amused onlookers and posing for pictures.
It is about 29 degrees F, and breezy, today in TCOTU.
I do not believe that the Naked Cowboy was Thurgreed, largely because the Naked Cowboy appeared somewhat pale. However, as I say, it is cold today.
