I do not believe that the Naked Cowboy was Thurgreed, largely because the Naked Cowboy appeared somewhat pale. However, as I say, it is cold today.

The naked cowboy is a NY staple, but he's def. nuts, I feel. It is 27 but feels 17 with wind. I literally ran out and came back for lunch.
