My point was there political axes all over a case like this, and Sebby's hyperbole aside- a jury conviction kind of makes a big difference from the Duke case.

Federal Circuit Court judges -- well known for public grinding of political axes. Easterbrook and Bauer -- TOTAL freaky screaming lefty liberals. Clearly, your apparent point that Wood, due to her extreme Demo prejudice, caused the court to get the chick out of jail was valid. No question.
It is totally unconnected to the Duke thing, though, and not sure why Ty made any connection between them.
