My kids don't have american history. they got "reducing Your Negative Social And environmental Footprint" or sometihng. so unless Hoover criticized Roosevelt on some early draft of Kyoto, it won't help.
But let me treat it as an SJ motion. I was talking about criticizing a
decision. You seem to be talking about trying to influence a future decision. Or did hoover keep it up after December 7?
