It's quite a contrast to the concern you usually show for the prospect that things Americans say will rile up Arabs.
The Rs have always been deeply conflicted about the first amendment - there are the Sebby's, unreservedly committed to free speech, and then there are the Hanks, the Bushes, and the Falwells of the world.
