 |  For me, it's usually the trip from my bed to the backdoor to let one of the dogs out first thing in the morning that kills my legs.  I feel like a 70 year old woman (and not the one that beat me by two minutes in the triathlon) when I walk around the morning after a long run/bike/swim.
