OK, I even went to the site, but it just says it includes a booklet with exercises, so my question remains -- what kinds of things do you do with them??
With these, you stand (or sit) with bare feet on the wakers. You start with heels on the wakers and balls of the feet on the floor. You work backwards until your toes are on the wakers and your heels are on the floor. You do the same thing, with your feet turned so the outside of your feet press into the wakers, then you do the same thing with the inside. The nibs press into various pressure points on your feet.

You can also use them on your hands. For some reason the muscles around my thumbs have been sore lately and they loosen that tension up nicely.
