Yes! The foam roller rocks. Also, I have these things called Yogatoes (www.yogapro.com) that you put on your toes and they realign them and it seems to magically help with leg aches. I roll my feet over tennis balls as well to stretch them out, sort of like a foam roller for the plantar muscle.
