I'd hate to listen to your legal advice if you think that is practical. Johnson St. Ramp is already very busy at rush hour. You're going to put all the Stinson traffic off on it? Better leave for work sometime Sunday- ..........for Tuesday.
I would take 94 to Wayzata Blvd. but I'm not a native, so I don't know if that is best.
