Wee Slothrop was terrified of his bed a few months ago and kept coming to ours. Apparently the animals were no help. I finally got him to tell me that he was afraid of "the wall," the bed being along the wall. So I turned the bed 90 degrees so that only the head was touching the wall. He was delighted -- end of problems. Weird that.
