You have exactly the same amount of time as anyone else. Just determine where your priorities lie and there is your answer. I work out for probably at least two hours per day. I enjoy it. I have prioritized it over other activities.
I would go insane if I felt out of shape or unattractive. Everyone has a different comfort level. I would be a horrible mother and wife* if I felt out of shape or unattractive so I would prioritize my own fitness. But not everyone does or would.
*I am neither a mother nor a wife, but I know plenty of mothers and wives who hold down stressful jobs and are in fantastic shape. They somehow make it work. They have prioritized their own fitness.
