ppnyc, you have to decide what works for you. it will probably annoy people if you whine about being fat when you could be working out in lieu of other activities, but as long as you don't freak out about them being annoyed, who cares? You have to recognize and acknowledge that you have made a choice not to work out if you aren't going to work out, though. It may be the best choice for you right now, but it is still a choice.

ppnyc is fat because not only does she not exercise, but she eats too much. if she had a healthy diet (and we know her desk drawers and cabinets at home are stuffed with high sugar, salt and fat content products), she would drop 20 pounds without working out. If she spent 20 minutes a day exercising, she would not lose out on time with her kids and she would lose even more weight.
But she wasn't really looking for anyone to help her with this problem. She wanted someone (even if it was 1 person out of everyone here) to make it sound like they cared about her and/or her problem, because she is a pathetic whore for attention. And you know what? She will seize on your post as the one that is defending her, therefore making you her best friend. Between hot dogs, she will translate what you said into, "One of my friends on the lawyer board said that I am beautiful just the way I am and I shouldn't worry about what other people think."
But we all knew this already, didn't we?
