Yes. If you don't eat a fuckload carbs you'll stay on the Atkins. If you eat carbs, no... Atkins probably won't be sustainable.

Stop eating bread and pasta and sugar. Stop ordering lattes and all that shit at Sbux and order coffee, with skim milk for creamer.

And run. Don't go to the gym. Run. You can do it anytime, so you have no "I couldn't get to the gym" excuse.

Or stay fat. But make up your goddammed mind about it already.
