I do spin classes. My trainer only has two more weeks of training before Leadville so they've gotten rather ridiculous with the hills in the last month or so.

The Brits are suggesting the Russians' spies slipped a mickey, ok, werid rare radioactive material that ultimately killed him, in a guy's drink. So they kicked out the Russians they think were in on it. The Russians, in turn, are kicking out part of the British diplomatic corps. It makes me all nostalgic for the cold war.
