My son asked me, at age 4, how his sister had gotten out of my belly. I said that the doctor helped her out. Apparently, not a good enough answer, as he questioned further. I asked how he thought she got out. He guessed correctly. Go figure.

The following year, he announced to a girl is his kindergarten class that when she grew up, a baby would come out of her vagina.

This led to the first in a series of notes from the teacher. Ahh, parenthood.
