One, I am not nor have I ever been Sockteau. I am absolutely terrible at all party socks except NFH.
Two, there is no conspiracy. I took a break from this board when I realized that my historical function here -- giving A-listers facially plausible yet subtly erroneous information obtained by Google searches -- was being rapidly supplanted by the growth of Wikipedia. So I took a powder.
Three, if you smell bacon, perhaps you are about to enjoy a delicious sandwich. Say, between two cops.
