There is absolutely no law that says Britney had to have the same body post-kids as she did before. The problem is that she does not have the same body but dresses as though she does.

I really think that you are over-analyzing this. She is a talentless drunk ass white trash moron who looked hot when she was eighteen and now ranges between looking passable and terrible. Any further anaylsis of her life, how she dresses, what she does, or how she parents is simply superfluous. I beg that, as a board, we give no more collective thought to her. I would rather we spend time thinking about what Atticus' sexy album cover picks reveal about him.
