If all he was doing is playing footsie then he should cowboy up, go to trial, and let the chips fall.
Of course, we all know he got busted for trying to get or give a blow job, which, personally, I don't think is such a big deal. Craig, apparently, along with a large number of his colleagues, seems to feel otherwise.
