Actually, I still find the inability of anything to actually make it to an 'up or down' vote to be national disgrace. Unlike you and your ilk, I don't change my positions depending on who is saying it.
That said, the only thing that this lack of cloture has done is that it has given cover to a bunch of idiot Dems who huff and puff over issues, knowing fully well they'll never half to actually vote on them and answer to the folks back home.
