Check out
www.site59.com. "Last-minute" packages from wherever to wherever and they include flight + hotel or flight + rental car. Some of the Vegas ones have decent hotels (Venetian, etc.) Try different dates (and different airlines once you get to the "choose your flights") because the prices vary wildly after the first page.
