Your phrase? I think not. (Or: bitch, please.) I heard this months (years?) before it emerged on this board. Orally, always with a significant pause captured best in text with the comma. In text, with a comma, to express the pause.

I am willing to acknowledge the notion that as the phrase made its way east from San Francisco, it has evolved, and that "bitch please" is a regional variant.
