I was rather surprised that such a plate managed to get through the Department of Pubic Safety. I'd also imagine that the car gets pulled over on a fairly regular basis.

Texas must not be tough on vanity plates. One of my friends used to have (a long time ago) vanity plates that read "X QUEEN". She was not a pagent girl... She has owned a camaro before though.
