Photos are helpful to get a sense, however superficial, of the people you're about to meet. It can be misleading, though, if the attorney uses the image as a vehicle not for what is, but for what em wants to be. For example, up until I met him IRL, I expected Penske to be a dead ringer for Etta James.

I like photos because it helps me put name to face. I'm terrible with names, and it's nice to be able to go back to the website and figure out who was who at the meeting.
