Idle Acts 2:53

Cannot believe that no one has mentioned Hotel California - not because it is great, so much as because other song choices lead me to believe that many posters are of the age to remember when the song was ubiquitous.

I haven't an actual list because it would be too long, but since you people have made me think about the college years, some random thoughts:

ACDC: Back In Black
Kate Bush: Suspended in Gaffa & The Man With the Child in His Eyes
REM: Radio Free Europe
Bowie: Heroes and My Death
Gershwin: Rhapsody in Blue
Siouxsie Sue and the Banshees: Dear Prudence
Andrew Lloyd Weber: Evita (British Concert version)
The Vandals: I Want to Be a Cowboy
U2: I Will Follow
English Beat: Mirror in the Bathroom
Soft Cell: Mug's Game
Madonna: Burning Up
Peter Gabriel: Shock the Monkey
Berlin: Sex
Tears for Fears: Head Over Heels
Neil Young: Old Man and Ohio
Springsteen: Jungleland and Thunder Road and The River
and
the STAR WARS soundtrack*

*for the ass who played it every night in the dorm down the hill at full volume until someone broke into his room and threw his stereo, with the record, out the window. The cheering lasted for 20 minutes, EASY.
