Hypnosis-I did it. One time. Goal was to create a mental focus swtich that I could turn on when the going got rough. It worked...I ended up getting lei'd, if you get my drift.

Wines: I'm big into Oregon Pinots, Washington Reds-Sinnead and Own Roe are 2 related craft wine makers that make stuff (incl. some noce Pinot Gris and Gerwurtztraminner (sic)) that I love. Hard to find outside of the PacNW, but maybe via samswines.com. Not cheap, but I'm worth it. Sean Thackery California reds-another craft wine maker I love. Champagne-Bollinger vintage.

Food, exercise, weight loss blah blah-essentially I agree with TM. If you really want to lose weight, limit yourself to a diet of 4 Power bars and a multi vitamin a day and do about 2.5 hours of cardio and .5 hour of weights. You'll lose lots of weight in 30-60 days. Just suck it up.

Yankees -Sox-I have no dogs in this fight as (1) I generally couldn't care less about MLB-other than I go to 2-3 games a year as a family outing thing, but if baseball fell off the face of the earth tomorrow, I would go to 2-3 movies or museums or zoos or parks in place of games as a family outing; (2) in my opinion its a game not a sport; (3) when I was a fan, I hated both teams; however my thought is I would have liked to see Pedro martinez kick Don Zimmers ass and then have his ass kicked by some Yankee and then have the fans riot and have everyone kick everyone else's asses. And then I would like to see a cowboy [shoved] up all of their kicked asses. And then I would like to see a death match between Steinbrenner and Luchino with the winner facing off against Trump.

In other news, I wore my skirt to travel this past weekend and was made to go behind the privacy curtain for a special security check. NTTAWWT.

My comeback has officially started. Let the smackdown begin.

Is it just me or has the quality of posting improved by at least 53% since PLF quit? Thank freaking god we kicked his sorry ass to the curb.
