ROTTWEILERS!!! (No, seriously.)

We used to have two dogs, a labrador and the rottweiler. The lab bit my then-2-year-old son on the face, so she went to live with my sister (no, she really did -- that's not a euphemism for euthanism).

However, the rottweiler could not be sweeter. My infant son crawls all over her and she doesn't bat an eyelash. She is very submissive around small dogs, but get her around a bit dog and she is quite frightening.

Maybe it's just my particular rottweiler, but she is FANTASTIC with the kids.
