It's quite amazing when you see the interviews with these people.
Father: "Yeah there was a guy in my daughter's second floor room. But nothing was stolen SO WE DIDN'T REPORT IT.

Seriously? The only thing he was thinking about was that nothing was stolen, so no crime?
