I think you're right. Another of their Preferred Restaurants uses similarly stilted English.
"The Wok Inn South Portland believes in serving the best Chinese food for their guests. Mr. Lee (friends call him “Lee”), said, 'We cook what we are excellent at . . . Chinese cuisine.'"

You should spend more time gazing at Kuan Yin. You could use some compassion.
