So, while you might have coined it in your own head (and that is not a whackadoo joke I am simply saying it isn't impossible for someone to make up something they have never heard before) you didn't actually coin it for everyone else. Same for the other terms, which have been around as long as I can remember, used just the way you use them.

Or, more likely, you at some point heard or saw these things, forgot that you heard and/or saw them, and figured you made them up.
