I know you're kidding around ... but:
The person self-identifies as a she. Out of respect for her humanity, we should refer to her as a she. "It" is for inanimate objects, not for people who don't fit neatly into gender categories. "She" or "her" might not seem right to you because she's not somebody you would want as your sex partner, wife, sister, or mother, but that doesn't mean she's an "it."
Now, if your (by this I mean anyone's) respect for her humanity is diminished by her decision to appear on an unbelievably exploitative television program (where she deceives other people in a really fundamental way), so be it, but if it's diminished by her gender dysphoria, shame shame.
