I'm sure that in some common street fight, the private school thugs would prevail. Which is why nobody allows them into the clubs. They'd get drunk on tequila and commence their brawling ways.
As for your inbreeding point, rest assured that there is a sufficiently diverse stock of attractive, well-bred, elite to avoid these problems. These days "blue blood" is just an expression.
