I am not so sure about this. Fighting would necessarilly involve touching the opposing member of the lower caste with one's bare hands. And we all know how filthy those little buggers can be. Any well-bred person would be physically revulsed by the mere idea of grappling with one of
those people who smell of cigarettes, sweat and domestic beer. Unless of course the great unwashed are struck dumb(er) and defenseless by the majesty of the ruling class.
