Bukkake as I understand it is a group of men standing around jerking off on a woman. I am sure there are variations. You'll usually find it accompanied by a "Cleveland Steamer" and a "Hot Lunch".
A bindle is a piece of plastic or cloth into which something is placed. The cloth or plastic is then tied at the top like a garbage bag.
