Must I spell out the differences between men and women to you? If you don't go to a doctor once per year, you clog your arteries and die instantaneously of a massive heart attack. Quick, easy. If I don't go to a doctor, I end up with some late stage awful cancer that would have been survivable but for my failure to get checked out. Long, painful treatment eventually leading to early death anyway. And no alcohol during treatment. Awful, drawnout.*
