The judge was referring to her counterclaims as well... Clearly the judge thinks very little of both sides and who knows how much of the tab was run up by both sides pursuing her claims as opposed to the publisher's.
Getting fees is somewhat rare even if you win. It will be a pox on both their houses and they will each eat their own fees.
