Gay Marriage in Mass.

Here's a prediction for you, and I know I am going out on a ledge here.

They'll try for an amendment to the state constitution. They'll fail because that state is pretty progressive. So then they will try to give domestic partnership, much like Vermont. That might or might not happen. Failing that they'll have to give marriage. If that happens bye bye DOMA and then we'll see a hell of a fight.

Here comes your number one election issue for 2004. The war in Iraq? Nah, who cares. Terrorism? We're all safe now don't you know. Taxes, jobs and the economy? Secondary.

Oh no Ladies and Gentleman, the fags are destroying marriage, we need a President who will keep that from happening. Pass a Constitutional amendment to protect us from the perverts.

I can't wait.
