If there are a million muslims in a given community and a thousand extremists looking to do or who are supporting harm in the name of Islam, I think it would be great if that community tried to get a handle on it. So in Boston, where one of the kids had tons of friends and at least one relative who were shocked to shit at what ended up happening, what could have been done? How could he have been swayed down a different path by some iman in a mosque he doesn't go to? What sort of change could the non-Chechen muslims in the greater Boston area effected to get a handle on him?
