This should be a new poll: worst client behavior traits. I have this client who regularly does the following terrible client behaviors:
1) Has these crazy fire drills, where this shit has to be done, like, yesterday, and expects me and my firm to drop everything to take care of it;
2) Is a big corporation, so has a bunch of employees, and always wants to have these massive e-mail distribution lists of, literally, 20 people, and NOT A SINGLE ONE OF THEM IS INDIVIDUALLY ACCOUNTABLE OR ABLE TO ACTUALLY STEP UP AND DO ANYFUCKINGTHING;
3) Is unresponsive; Seriously, you are paying hundreds of dollars an hour for me to continue to call your various employees, write e-mails, write memos about how this transaction is all fucked up, all because you can't get anyone to do any fucking thing at your organization. JUST CALL ME BACK!
4) Passes off these crazy general tasks where it "has tobe done," but no actual input or information is given.
5) Whenever I go to their location, I have to go through a different security procedure, because of some stupid additional policy that they have. And their security (because they have a complex-type building) always acts like I'm trying to storm the building with some poisonous Redwells* or something.
That's all, I have calmed down enough to get some dinner and enjoy a nice, calm evening. Hopefully, the scary avatar and the vitriol won't freak dtb out too much!
