 Of course, it's the formal IT policy here to destroy anything that has storage on it when we're done with it. I didn't read the article - is "on or before" lawyerese for "we've got no clue when" or did he really do something like hand it to his assistant on the way to meet Wells? (Note: I really don't care what happens to Tom Brady. I have more interest in ways lawyers weasel than anything having to do with American football.)
