What's the deal with climbing to the top of the bridge in Sidney? I've been to the bottom of the bridge, but I didn't realize you were allowed to climb up it.

Edited to add: On TAR, it seems that every year there's a roadblock where one teammate has to climb to the top of the famous bridge. Happy now, bizznatch?
Of course, that's not conclusive proof that the public-at-large is so allowed to climb it. But it's good enough for me.
