At Amsterdam and 110th. i watch a parking cop approach a car at a spot with an expired meter. Two gang guys are beating a third, who is already out of it. The gang guys look up at her: "He attacked us first. Self-defense!" She pulls her citation book out of her pocket: "I'm a parking Police! I don't care about your stupid murder."
