Is Olivia the character's name? I meant the actress who plays her, Mariska Hargitay (thanks, google). And she ain't foreign, but her dad is; her mother is the late Jayne Mansfield (thanks, google, redux).
And I'll have you know that some of my best friends are Not Angles, Not Saxons, and Not Jutes. Of course, I wouldn't let my daughter marry one of them, nudge-nudge, wink-wink.
