I am resisting switching right now, if only because I'm trying to find out which is the lesser of the evils out there and I've heard that there might be a 40% switch over failure rate in the first few weeks.
*possible exaggeration. It could be more the fire of a mildly pissed off nova or agitated quasar. I should have paid more attention in astronomy.

They telephoned me out of the blue* two weeks ago and asked if I was unhappy about anything. I told them I paid too much for the service and was thinking of switching, so they knocked 29.99 off my monthly rate on the spot, no change in any other terms of service. But I may still dump them, because I DO hate them with the fire of a thousand angry suns.
