Yeah, I have to say I was pretty disappointed too, and I'm a fan of the show. Who buys that much house and doesn't furnish it? For God's sake, man, buy less house or put some more on the mortgage to bring in a designer to help fill the place.
Thom did a nice job, as usual, but Mrs. Hand and I were just shaking our heads at that mirrored sunburst thing he hung on their wall. And the high-ceilinged living room ended up looking like it had too much in it, but that just mght be because it had NOTHING before.
Ted had basically nothing to do since they hired a caterer... WTF?
The whole thing with Jai taking the theater buff to meet a cast was one thing, but could you maybe take him to a show that doesn't suck ass? (NYC folks -- Is that steaming pile of crap even still running after the critical roasting it took?)
Granted, the toupee was bad, but does the world really need another Moby wanna-be? And his Mom has to be happy with looking like a total bitch on national TV, but if the shoe fits...
On the bright side, Celebrity Poker Showdown... This should be a good lead-in starting next week.
