As if my seal of approval wasn't enough, one of the songs on the new Belle & Sebastian album, "Dear Catastrophe Waitress," was playing on last week's episode of The O.C.; it was the scene where Kiki and Marissa's mom were having drinks in the restaurant/bar. The song was "If She Wants Me." The O.C. is fast becoming the arbiter of all that is cool.
