Brosnan deserves to be second, early Moore third, Lazenby 4, late Connery fifth, then late Moore and then Dalton, maybe, if you really want to count him as a Bond.

Lazenby really did stink, but he had the advantage of being in what would have been the best Bond film but for him (mmmm, Diana Rigg, argggghhhh).
Dalton is the only Bond who actually knows how to act. And the Living Daylights is a very good movie. Most people don't like Licensed to Kill because it strays from the Bond formula which makes people believe it almost killed the franchise. But it's very good because Dalton is just pissed the whole movie, Q gets to work in the field a bit, the bad guy is good, Benicio del Toro gets grinded up, and the waterskiing behind the plane scene is perhaps one the best Bond "slick escape" scenes.

Lazenby is good because he was the youngest actor to play Bond, and it shows. The fight scenes and skiing scenes are well done.

I like Bronsnan in other roles, but not as Bond. He's just too much of a pussy. Plus, his movies are too much like schwartzennegger films.
