Before the Rona, Icky was on a plane 50X or so a year, visiting clients, doing depositions in hotel conference rooms, staying in hotels. Really an anachronistic method but my litigation don't exactly hire the best and the brightest. Not to mention expensive as heck, especially when these depositions run 4-5 days (I shit you not).
The last 4 weeks or so we have been doing virtual deps. Client sits in his house with a computer w a web cam, lawyers are each in their houses with computers, same for the court reporter.
Now instead of scratching the bed bug bites from some Hampton Inn, I roll in at 9 from rolling around, doing my Nike workout with KG, no planes, no expense reports, but no FF miles. Wonder if this catches on.
