Well, yeah it's not the money, it's the point.
I was paying for 3 family members -- 2 on an Amex, one on a Chase. Chase reversed it right away; Amex, I had to call 3-4 times. It's more their sheer audacity than anything else.
And as far as a class action, one was already filed but they have $10 m in assets and like $120 m in debt so . . .
