These are depositions I am
defending. There is no time limit in NY State court. I am Team Hank when I take depositions.
They are mostly taken by lawyers who went to C grade law schools who are looking to get paid and are too dumb to realize -- they are in a hole and each question is a shovelful of dirt out of their hole.
However, we have found that the longer the deposition, the bigger the verdict, so keep digging buddy.
