That oft noted 3.4% death rate is somewhat misleading. Outside Wuhan, that quickly falls to .7. S. Korea has I think a .6 rate.

This sort of use of statistics and reporting to suggest the US would have had a similar result to South Korea or areas outside Wuhan clearly fails to predict what would happen a month later.
